ARE YOU OPERATING DURING COVID-19?

Yes, we are currently operating as normal. We take extra precaution to sanitize all our tubes, jars and packages prior to filling & shipping.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS & EXCHANGES?

Please be aware due to hygiene reasons all sales are final. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?

Once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes. 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

LUVLY BEAUTY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PACKAGES THAT ARE LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED. WE ENSURE EACH ORDER IS PACKAGED WITH CARE. PLEASE CONTACT THE SHIPPING SERVICE IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR PACKAGE. 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?

If we sent you an item you did not order, please email us immediately and we will be happy to amend. 

CAN I PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS IN RETAIL STORES?

We currently only offer our products direct to customer via our website shopluvlybeauty.com
